We operate a triage system to ensure the right help gets given. Sometimes we have to prioritise certain cases over others.
The fastest way to receive support is to use the contact form below or email us:
Please include full details of the situation. It is a great help to us if you can fill out our Self Referral Form (click here) as this gives us all the information we need as well as relevant permissions. Your case will be assessed and a caseworker will normally contact you within 24 hours, though at exceptionally busy times this maybe longer.
In an emergency - where life is at risk, the person has been missing for less than a week or you believe they are in imminent danger, or a crisis has occurred that needs immediate support you can contact our emergency 24 hour service on 07545 826497
Please note that if life is at risk you should call 999 and report the situation to your local police.
You should also call the Foreign and Commonwealth Office Global Response Centre on 0207 008 1500
In cases of lost contact, long term missing family etc please fill out the self referral form at the bottom of this page. This will enable us to provide the best skilled caseworker.
You can also send a message via the contact form below.
All media enquiries, author enquiries, interview requests and any non-casework enquiries should be emailed.
